    We understand that you might not be able to find the exact Cushion Cover you are after so we are happy for you to bring you own.  

    Once you have placed your order you will receive an invoice via email. Please print this off and include it with your Cushion Cover when you drop or post them in.

    In order for us to successfully print on to stock you provide, you MUST comply with the below:

    1. BYO garments are NOT to be worn, they must be NEW,  with all tags and bags removed.
    2. Please ensure you measure all garments prior to submitting your order, and ensuring that your artwork is submitted at the correct size.
    3. Please ensure you add a note with instructions on what design/name goes on which garment, colour and size if you are providing multiple designs.
    4. Your production time begins from when we receive your stock, not when you place your order.
    5. BYO orders are subject to the same production times as all other orders. Please choose your production time carefully should you require your order quickly.

    If we receive stock we believe to have been worn we will not be able to proceed with printing for you. Failure to comply with supplying correct print sizes and directions will result in additional charges and delays on your order.

    Garment stock provided outside of our own stock does not come with guaranteed standard of in-house stock.
    If a print error occurs then The Tshirt Mill will not refund the client for the garment or the print 
    The Client accepts that they are providing high quality goods at their own risk.

    Please note: All garments supplied for printing must be brand new, unworn, and freshly washed (if removed from packaging).
    We’re unable to print on used or previously worn garments — particularly activewear or polyester items — as body oils and odours can be retained in the fabric. When heat is applied, these odours can become very strong and affect our work environment.
    If a garment appears to have been worn, we may need to return it without printing. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain high-quality and hygienic production standards!

    1. We partner with multiple freight carriers to deliver your orders.
    2. You can use the Australia Post calculator as a general guide only — delivery times may vary.

    4. Shipping delays are outside our control and unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for orders delayed in transit as these are out of our control.
